The Private Enterprise Services division at KPMG is dedicated to assisting entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, privately-held corporations, and affluent individuals and families. Key Responsibilities

Execute compilation and review engagements.Prepare year-end adjustments and bookkeeping as necessary.Prepare corporate, personal, and other tax filings.Lead field engagement teams while coaching and mentoring junior staff.Analyze complex accounting challenges.Establish and nurture client relationships.As an accounting expert, you will deliver services that reflect a high-value proposition for our firm, aiding companies in assessing their risks while ensuring operational transparency.Qualifications

Degree or diploma in accounting/business.2 - 3 years of post-graduate experience in a public accounting environment.Fundamental understanding of the Accounting Cycle, General Ledgers, and Account Posting.Exceptional project management, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.Experience with ASPE.Familiarity with accounting and tax software.Regularly monitor multiple or complex projects to ensure they are on track with deadlines and budgets.Outstanding client service skills with the ability to comprehend clients' businesses and maintain robust client relationships.Commitment and drive to achieve high standards of client service and professionalism in all duties.Experience in mentoring and delegating tasks to junior staff, leveraging previous experience and technical knowledge for client benefit.Adept at employing various techniques to analyze issues.Support for Your Success
