About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration Coordinator. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our Property Managers, including creating and editing documents, managing administrative processes, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Management: Maintain and update documents on various websites, prepare Strata Property Act forms, and file documents as required.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in daily and weekly touchpoints with team members, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
Requirements
  • Positive Attitude: A positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and enthusiasm for working with people and systems.
  • Administrative Skills: Excellent grammar, punctuation, and attention to detail, with strong typing skills (50+ wpm).
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of computer systems, including MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management.
