Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and supporting our property management team.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and residents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations Management: Manage daily operations, including reception desk duties, phone and email correspondence, and data entry.
- Team Support: Assist the Property Manager with various tasks, such as obtaining quotes, scheduling maintenance, and confirming jobs with tradespeople.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrate a calm and decisive demeanor when managing emergencies and finding positive solutions.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, clients, and residents to ensure seamless operations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Competitive Salary: $40,000-$50,000 annually.
