Develop and implement effective work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met in a timely manner.
Carry Out Administrative ActivitiesPerform a variety of administrative tasks, including coordinating office services, managing supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
Administer Policies and ProceduresEnsure compliance with government access to information and privacy legislation by administering policies and procedures related to the release of records.
Coordinate Office ServicesPlan and coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Prepare Reports and CorrespondenceAssemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business operations.
Oversee Office Administrative ProceduresOversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
LanguageFluency in English.
Work Hours30 to 40 hours per week.
