Position Overview:
- Administrative Operations Coordinators deliver essential support to FortisBC's operational activities, encompassing Order Fulfillment, Emergency Services, and Meter-to-Cash workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries and furnish job-related information to teams, clients, and regulatory bodies.
- Evaluate and relay information to bolster operational effectiveness.
- Manage the processing of work orders and notifications.
- Coordinate and procure necessary resources.
- Maintain ongoing communication with field personnel and clients.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via telephone.
Qualifications:
- Completion of high school education accompanied by relevant professional experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient and precise typing skills.
- Familiarity with computer systems and operational procedures.
- Understanding of field operations protocols and practices.
Additional Information:
- Limited holiday availability and potential for shift work.
- Assignment to work groups will be determined by operational needs.
- May require occasional travel.
