Position Overview:

  • Administrative Operations Coordinators deliver essential support to FortisBC's operational activities, encompassing Order Fulfillment, Emergency Services, and Meter-to-Cash workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries and furnish job-related information to teams, clients, and regulatory bodies.
  • Evaluate and relay information to bolster operational effectiveness.
  • Manage the processing of work orders and notifications.
  • Coordinate and procure necessary resources.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with field personnel and clients.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via telephone.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of high school education accompanied by relevant professional experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient and precise typing skills.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and operational procedures.
  • Understanding of field operations protocols and practices.

Additional Information:

  • Limited holiday availability and potential for shift work.
  • Assignment to work groups will be determined by operational needs.
  • May require occasional travel.
