Security Operations Coordinator

Location: Victoria

As the Security Operations Coordinator, you will be instrumental in managing essential administrative functions effectively and efficiently.

Compensation:
$ an hour

Qualifications:
  • Valid Security License.
  • OFA Certificate – First Aid Level 1/CPR.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm (words per minute).
  • A professional demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Prior experience in the security field is mandatory.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience within the security industry.
  • Customer service or administrative experience is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Addressing inquiries from tenants in person or via phone.
  • Crafting detailed and high-quality incident reports.
  • Monitoring CCTV systems.
  • Executing administrative tasks as needed.
  • Coordinating with external contractors for maintenance matters.
  • Responding to tenant alarms and dispatching security personnel as necessary.
  • Acting proactively in alignment with the organization's code of conduct.
  • Assisting law enforcement agencies with CCTV surveillance and investigations.
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
  • Enforcing policies and procedures as required.
  • Collaborating with the Site Manager for employee requests.
  • Aiding in scheduling needs.
  • Resolving tenant-related issues and escalating when necessary.
  • Effectively communicating client concerns.
  • Maintaining records of inspection sheets.
