Job Summary

The University Health Network is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inpatient Program Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and staff
  • Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality
  • Coordinate patient appointments and communicate with healthcare teams
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed

Requirements

  • Community College diploma or equivalent in Office Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications
