Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Manage and maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments and procedures
- Prepare and distribute reports, letters, and other documents as required
- Assist with data entry and statistical analysis
- Provide administrative support to the Program Services Manager and other team members
- Community College diploma with a recognized Office Management Certificate or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
