About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sakura Distributors Inc. as an Administrative Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments for our team members and clients.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed.
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the appropriate team members.
    • Respond to electronic inquiries and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support
    • Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
    • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Client Focus
    • Greet clients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and team members.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • Work Setting
