Job Summary:

The Bilingual Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and French, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing various administrative tasks.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both English and French.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration and customer service.
