Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Advisor Service Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Advisor Service Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to investment advisors, their support teams, and investors in our inbound contact center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service experience to investment advisors, their support teams, and investors in our inbound contact center.
  • Work directly with advisors and investors to provide them with the support they need to educate and plan their short-term and long-term investment strategies.
  • Represent Fidelity as you are responsible for answering our clients' request for information and directing them to the appropriate department when required on a timely basis.

Requirements

  • College Diploma required (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply) or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingualism in French and English (verbal and written) is required.
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.
