Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Manulife. As an Internal Insurance Wholesaler, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our advisors.
Key Responsibilities- Advisor Support: Proactively interact with advisors daily to support key advisors and partner with them to uncover sales opportunities.
- Task Management: Handle and coordinate daily tasks effectively to achieve efficiency metrics in a way that best supports advisors and the region.
- Advisor Inquiries: Handle incoming advisor inquiries, including case consultations, illustration support, product queries, and training.
- Proactive Sales: Use peers, external wholesalers, tools, resources, data, and analytics to investigate proactive sales opportunities and formalize them through effective business planning.
- Advisor Profiles: Build and maintain advisor profiles and data on current and proposed activity.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with peers from other teams, departments, and territories to share business leads and ideas.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in insurance or sales.
- Language Skills: Bilingual and fluent in French and English is a requirement.
- Designations: LLQP designation preferred (or in process).
- Education: College or University degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including an intermediate level of experience using Excel.
- Soft Skills: Ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, well-organized, self-starter with high energy and creativity, innovative marketing and problem-solving skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
