Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and promoting our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Process customer orders and inquiries in a fast-paced environment using our cutting-edge technology.
  • Solve customer problems and find effective solutions to meet their needs.
  • Help customers navigate our website and place orders online.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our products, pricing, and availability.
  • Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
  • Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Bilingual (English / French) - 100% in both verbal and written forms.
  • Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with coaching support.
