About the Role
The Wealth Management Associate Program is a 5-month salaried program designed to develop sales and entrepreneurial-minded individuals who are looking for a career in credit-focused banking. As a Private Banking Associate, you will have the opportunity to build core credit underwriting and relationship management skills, working with high-net worth clients to provide personalized and attentive service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct credit underwriting and risk assessment to ensure the integrity of our lending practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements
- Completed undergraduate or master's degree by June 2025, or relevant work experience in building client relationships and providing financial advice.
- Ability to obtain a license to sell mutual funds, subject to business need and regulatory requirements.
- Strong sales and relationship-focused mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
