Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Beveragino. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Service
- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes for customers
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Kitchen Operations
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Team Leadership
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Education and Experience
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required; experience an asset
