Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at S1 FOOD SERVICE INC. as a Food Service Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering high-quality food and service.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
