Senior Geotechnical Engineer Position

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to project sites)
Salary: $110,000-120,000 (Senior)
Our client, a leading Canadian-owned engineering consulting firm specializing in geotechnical and environmental projects, is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join their team. The company offers a wide range of services to public and private entities, from construction monitoring to bridge replacements.
- Provide technical expertise and support throughout project management.
- Collaborate with clients during design and construction, manage permitting process.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, external bodies, and internal team.
- Travel to project sites within Ontario, GTA.
- Oversee borehole drilling and geotechnical assessments.
- Conduct design, analysis, and report writing.
- 8+ years of engineering experience.
- Knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles.
- Ability to assist in office management and business development.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and coachability.
- College or University education mandatory, P.Eng certification required.
- Experience in projects like pavement design, tunnelling, railways, land development.
