As a key member of our Personal Lines division, you'll be responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to our clients, utilizing our in-house Personal Lines program, High Value programs, special risk, and regular market offerings.

What You'll Bring to the Table
  • A Level 2 General Insurance License
  • At least 3 years of experience as a PL producer or account manager
  • Experience in high-value home, hobby farm, and home-based commercial exposures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering unique solutions
  • A results-driven approach with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals
  • A commitment to being responsive and prioritizing client needs

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position is a variable structure, consisting of a base salary plus commission. The expected base salary is $55,000 to $75,000, with commissions paid based on successful sales performance. HUB International Canada West ULC offers a comprehensive benefits package, including extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses.
