Client Advisor, Personal Insurance
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Advisor, Personal Insurance to join our team at Acera Insurance. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, building strong relationships, and growing our business.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to our existing clients;
- Develop and implement strategies to grow our client base;
- Participate in up-sell and cross-sell initiatives to increase revenue;
- Manage client relationships and resolve any issues that may arise;
- Collaborate with our team to achieve business objectives.
- Level 2 Insurance License or equivalent experience;
- 3-5 years of experience in personal insurance, preferably in a client-facing role;
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
