As a Personal Insurance Executive, you'll play a vital role in providing expert advice and solutions to our clients, utilizing our in-house Personal Lines program, High Value programs, special risk, and regular market offerings.

What You'll Bring to the Team
  • A Level 2 General Insurance License
  • At least 3 years of experience as a PL producer or account manager
  • Experience in high-value home, hobby farm, and home-based commercial exposures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering unique solutions
  • A results-driven approach with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals
  • A commitment to being responsive and prioritizing client needs
  • A claims advocate for our clients
  • A business development mindset with a focus on building new relationships and establishing referrals

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position is a variable compensation structure, consisting of a base salary plus commission. The expected base salary for this position is $55,000.00 to $75,000.00, with commissions paid based on successful sales performance. Our comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages may include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses for some positions.
