Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at MASK INDIAN KITCHEN + BAR INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus, including estimating food requirements and requisitioning supplies
  • Coordinate special events and ensure timely food preparation and presentation
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen helpers
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Manage inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
