Retail Experience Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Experience Program Manager to join our team at Mejuri. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in enhancing retail experiences and driving commercial go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Manage and execute cross-functional projects to improve the overall retail experience, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and Implement Go-To-Market Strategies: Collaborate with commercial teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies that drive retail success and customer and team engagement.
- Align Project Goals with Business Objectives: Work with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives, facilitating team communication and coordination to ensure seamless execution and high engagement levels of store teams and customer experience feedback.
- Identify Opportunities for Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements within retail, implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction, leading to higher customer satisfaction scores, such as Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
- Analyze Retail Performance Data: Analyze retail performance data to inform project decisions and strategies, providing insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis to drive revenue and increase conversion rates.
- Guide and Mentor Project Teams: Guide and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, ensuring team members have the resources and support needed to succeed.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the retail experience.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record of successful project or program management in a fast-paced, scaling retail environment.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills with a history of successful project outcomes.
- Creative Problem-Solving Skills: Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Certification in Project Management: Certification in project management (PMP or other) is a plus.
