We are seeking a highly skilled Deployment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Retail technology and project management, with experience in executing contract agreements and managing multiple outsourced resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Retail technology solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure best value for the company
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document business and technical requirements
  • Lead project initiatives to execute contract agreements and manage multiple outsourced resources
  • Provide exceptional leadership and teamwork skills to drive strategies and results

Requirements:

  • 5 years relevant experience in the Retail industry
  • Detailed understanding of Retail technology, including POS systems
  • Strong aptitude for project management, with PMP certification
  • Experience with Agile principles (DASM certification, nice to have)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great computer skills using Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to prioritize competing initiatives within a fast-paced environment
