Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Deployment Specialist to join our team at Leading Retail Co.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Retail technology, including POS systems, and a proven track record of managing multiple outsourced resources and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Tech and Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of Retail technology solutions.
  • Business Requirements Analysis: Identify, document, and articulate business and technical requirements to drive strategies and results.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate, execute, and manage contracts with vendors, ensuring compliance and optimal value.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Demonstrate exceptional leadership and teamwork skills, driving strategies and results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in the Retail industry.
  • Detailed understanding of Retail technology, including POS systems.
  • PMP certification and Agile principles experience (DASM certification a plus).
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and work collaboratively to drive strategies and results.
