Restaurant Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at JSG Dhillon(2020) Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of staff performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that adequate coverage is provided during peak periods.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
