Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Rozzini's Restaurant Cafe. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Develop and implement effective systems and procedures to manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties to a high standard.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the financial health of the restaurant.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, ensuring that all dishes meet our quality control standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week
