Restaurant Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A & W Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Operations Management
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations and performance.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work Environment
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
