Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Rozzini's Restaurant Cafe. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Establish and implement efficient systems and procedures to manage the restaurant's operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and supply chain logistics.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen and front-of-house staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage the restaurant's budget, including forecasting revenue and expenses, and making recommendations for cost savings and improvements.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service, ensuring that they meet our high standards and those of our customers.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for our staff, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge and advance their careers.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Work Setting: Restaurant
- Supervision: 5-10 people
- Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail
