Director of People Operations

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as the Director of People Operations. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and driving business outcomes through strategic people management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives
- Lead the recruitment process to attract top talent and build a high-performing team
- Champion our core values and foster a positive company culture
- Design and implement HR initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive strategic people planning initiatives
- Develop and maintain HR metrics to inform business decisions
- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in senior manager roles
- Strong knowledge of Canadian and US employment law and best practices
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
- Experience with M&A and post-merger integrations an asset
