Membership Administrator

The Arbutus Club is a prestigious private family club that has been a landmark in Vancouver since 1964. Our motto is 'Putting Families First' and we value a happy and safe work environment.

As a Membership Administrator, you will be the point of contact for member inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date membership records, navigating transactions, and printing statements upon request.

The ideal candidate will be a superb multi-tasker, able to work well under pressure, and possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. A minimum of three years of experience working in an administrative/customer service role is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records
  • Support the Membership Director with various administrative tasks and projects
  • Lead membership tours to new or prospective members
