Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Guard Empire Security Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Emergency Response: Be the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing timely and effective responses to ensure the safety of all individuals involved.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular progress reports, as well as other relevant documentation, to management and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor security staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Supervision

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 security personnel, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure that team members are working effectively and efficiently.

Certifications and Qualifications
  • Security Guard License: The successful candidate must hold a valid Security Guard License.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

The Security Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and move quickly in response to emergency situations.
