Administrative Coordinator

GFL Environmental is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our Kitchener branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the branch, including company communications, report preparation, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Assist with onboarding new drivers and hires, including reviewing applications and documentation.
- Maintain spreadsheets, report monthly and weekly updates, and ensure accurate data entry.
- Assist with licensing and registration of trucks, including collection of paperwork and scheduling inspections.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the branch.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2-year degree in business-related field and 3 years' experience in an administrative capacity or equivalent combination.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism.
- Ability to effectively communicate with others verbally and in writing.
- Ability to type 50 WPM.
- Maintain appointment as Notary Public.
