Position Overview

As a Transportation Logistics Supervisor at S & S GORAYA LTD., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the logistics operations within our organization. Your expertise will ensure that our transportation processes run efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate detailed plans to prioritize logistics tasks and operations.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage the logistical operations of the company to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and machinery issues to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Productivity Improvement: Provide technical guidance and recommend strategies to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Educate team members on their roles and organizational policies.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations to assess team effectiveness.
  • Work Coordination: Assign, review, and coordinate work among team members.
Supervisory Responsibilities

You will be responsible for supervising a team of:

  • 5-10 individuals
  • 11-15 individuals
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language of Work: English.
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week.
