Titanium is a leading company in the logistics industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

Job Summary
  • Provide support to dispatch requirements, facilitating effective communication with the sales team and carriers.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure contractual requirements are reviewed, acknowledged, and supported.
Key Responsibilities
  • Freight Management: Build and track freight loads (FTL and LTL) in our Transportation Management System (TMS).
  • Shipment Activities: Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickup and delivery are on time.
  • Customer Service: Schedule pick-up and delivery appointments for customer orders.
  • Carrier Relationships: Communicate regularly with truckers and carriers to build long-term, trusted partnerships.
  • Negotiation and Pricing: Negotiate pricing and prepare quotes for clients.
  • Brokerage Coverage: Maximize brokerage coverage by developing and maintaining excellent relationships with our clients and suppliers.
  • Routing and Documentation: Complete Routings with all the appropriate documents to provide to our clients.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of rules and regulations for over-the-road and shipments moving internationally.
Requirements
  • Education: Successful completion of post-secondary studies.
  • Flexibility: Ability to be flexible and work extended hours as required.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
