We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Orgen Nutraceuticals Inc.

Job Summary:

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the operational logistics of the organization, overseeing the movement of supplies and materials between departments, and performing routine clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile orders and instructions received from customers
  • Organize tasks to accomplish the work
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Perform routine clerical duties
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Maintain work records and logs
  • Prepare and maintain progress and other reports
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Follow-up on issues with work orders
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Work Environment:

The Logistics Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work overtime as needed.
