Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team at ONTARIO SKY JUMP. This is a permanent position that offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on operational efficiency.

Education Requirements

Candidates should possess a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate detailed plans to prioritize logistics tasks.
  • Organize and manage workflows to ensure timely completion of operations.
  • Oversee the logistical operations within the organization.
  • Plan and coordinate the movement of goods and services.
  • Track and finalize work orders efficiently.
  • Collaborate with various departments to synchronize activities.
  • Monitor the transfer of supplies and materials across departments.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks as needed.
  • Prepare and present reports on logistics performance.
  • Ensure the effective operation of computer systems and machinery.
  • Maintain proper functioning of all equipment.
  • Supervise personnel workloads and locations.
  • Organize warehouse spaces and work areas for optimal efficiency.
  • Consult with production supervisors to schedule runs effectively.
  • Estimate necessary materials and labor for various projects.
  • Monitor the progress of production activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory.
  • Schedule tasks and coordinate activities of vehicle operators and crews.
Work Environment

This role requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Candidates should be prepared for:

  • Handling heavy loads (up to 45 kg or 100 lbs).
  • Performing repetitive tasks.
  • Working overtime as necessary.
  • Engaging in physically demanding activities.
