Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents, responding to inquiries and showcasing our properties and amenities.
  • Qualify prospects to determine their needs and financial capabilities, and assist with the leasing process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, residents, and community partners to drive sales and growth.
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to provide informed insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and paperwork, to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • College/University Diploma preferred
  • Two years related leasing/sales experience with knowledge of the property management industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, planning, and organizing skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proficient with computer software, specifically Word and Excel
  • Marketing experience an asset
  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed, including evenings and weekends
