Position Overview

FLOFORM Countertops, a leader in the countertop manufacturing and installation industry, is currently seeking a dedicated Branch Manager for our team. With a rich history since 1961 and a strong presence across the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products and services.

Role Summary:

The Branch Manager will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our customer base while fostering strong relationships to achieve long-term sales objectives. This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including overseeing branch operations, managing personnel, and implementing effective business strategies.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in management with strong leadership capabilities and a solid background in sales and marketing.
  • Familiarity with light manufacturing processes is advantageous.
  • A degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of adapting to new software applications.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Capacity to handle complex situations with professionalism and respect.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement sales strategies to enhance customer account growth, targeting both existing and prospective clients.
  • Maintain active engagement with key accounts within the designated region.
  • Regularly assess sales performance and propose impactful adjustments to meet sales targets.
  • Focus on talent acquisition and development to ensure a skilled workforce.
  • Manage branch expenses in line with approved budgets and develop marketing strategies tailored to the local market.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
  • Uphold exceptional customer service standards by nurturing relationships with current clients and establishing connections with new ones.
  • Enhance productivity through effective employee training and efficient budget management.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Propose and implement new initiatives to align with company objectives.
  • Prepare reports and manage employee administration tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
