Position Overview
FLOFORM Countertops, a leader in the countertop manufacturing industry, is currently seeking a dedicated Branch Manager for our operations.

With a robust presence across the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada, FLOFORM Countertops has been a trusted name since 1961, producing and installing over 20,000 premium surface countertops annually. We take pride in being recognized as one of North America's Best Managed Companies.
Role Summary:
The Branch Manager plays a pivotal role in driving growth by expanding our customer base while nurturing strong relationships with existing clients. This position encompasses overseeing all branch operations, from recruitment to customer engagement and strategic implementation.
Key Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of management experience with proven leadership capabilities and a solid background in sales and marketing.
- Experience in light manufacturing is advantageous.
- Post-secondary education, preferably a Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of learning new software.
- Understanding of accounting principles is a plus.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Experience in coaching, training, and developing team members.
- Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to foster growth in customer accounts, targeting both existing and new clients.
- Maintain an active sales presence with key accounts in the designated region.
- Continuously assess sales performance to drive impactful changes aligned with the Area Sales Plan.
- Focus on talent development by attracting, training, and retaining top local talent.
- Manage branch expenses within approved budgets and propose effective marketing strategies.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Commit to delivering exceptional customer service by building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Enhance productivity through relevant employee training and efficient budgeting.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Propose and implement new initiatives to support organizational goals.
- Prepare departmental reports and manage employee administration.
- Perform additional duties as required.
