Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve customer account base sales growth, with both existing and new accounts within the assigned markets.
- Customer Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and establish good relationships with new ones, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Talent Development: Assess, attract, train, and retain top talent within the local marketplace.
- Expense Management: Manage expenses with approved budgets, develop and oversee sales plans, and recommend marketing strategies for the local market.

- Operations: Manage daily operations, especially customer service and finance activities, and make improvements as needed within each assigned branch, as well as compliance with company and industry policies and procedures.
- Initiatives: Propose and roll out changes and/or new initiatives to support Company goals.
- Reporting: Prepare departmental reports and complete employee administration.
