Position Overview:
As a Senior Administrative Leader at Physiothérapie Universelle, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the administrative functions across our network of clinics. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our services, which focus on mental and physical health rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the administrative teams within the clinical environment.
- Implement and enhance operational programs and processes, ensuring effective communication and coordination among clinics.
- Participate actively in the recruitment and training of administrative personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and integration.
- Collaborate closely with regional management to monitor and improve administrative performance indicators.
- Lead innovative projects that challenge the status quo and promote professional growth.
- Manage ongoing training budgets tailored to the needs of the staff.
- Develop and maintain a flexible group insurance program that meets the diverse needs of employees.
- Facilitate a vibrant corporate culture through engaging social initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between clinics and the head office, supporting regional managers in operational strategies.
- Standardize and enhance administrative processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor key deliverables and implement initiatives that help clinics meet their operational targets.
- Provide training and development opportunities for administrative staff to ensure continuous improvement.
- Assist in performance evaluations and address any administrative staff performance issues.
- Ensure business continuity by providing administrative coverage as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Proven experience in care management and senior administrative roles.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities within a clinical or corporate setting.
- Experience in staff training and development initiatives.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Adaptability to change and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
