Bilingual Recruiter

GardaWorld is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Recruiter to join our team in Mississauga, ON, CA.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the full recruitment cycle for screening officers, including attraction, sourcing, screening, testing, and interviewing of candidates. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and pipelines in the applicant tracking system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews and oversee the preparation of interview questions and other hiring materials.
- Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers and directors.
- Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to monitor recruitment activities and progress.
- Manage and maintain accurate candidate pipelines using SAP SuccessFactors.
- Source and recruit candidates through databases, social media, and community partnerships.
- Monitor and apply HR best practices.
- Conduct interviews using reliable tools and methods to filter candidates.
- Ensure effective participation in program activities to stay current with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with aerodrome operators and pass offices.
- Participate in career fairs and work effectively with aerodrome operators.
- Adhere to systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization's vision.
- Participate in and demonstrate an understanding of safety principles and practices.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruitment role, preferably high-volume recruitment.
- Diploma or degree in a related field such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement action plans that achieve objectives.
- Experience in Aviation, Resources, or Security Operations.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and online testing platforms.
- Able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong commitment to teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Requires moderate direction to complete complex tasks.
- Understanding of administrative processes related to recruitment and ability to work within a regulatory environment.
