Bilingual Recruiter

GardaWorld is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for assisting with the full recruitment cycle, from screening to hiring.
Key Responsibilities- Screen and select qualified candidates for various positions within GardaWorld.
- Schedule interviews and oversee the preparation of interview questions and other hiring materials.
- Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers and directors.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to monitor recruitment activities and progress.
- Manage and maintain accurate pipelines of candidates using an applicant tracking system.
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including databases and social media.
- Monitor and apply HR best practices to ensure compliance and quality.
- Conduct interviews using reliable tools and methods to filter candidates.
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to ensure the best fit for the role.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with aerodrome operators and pass offices.
- Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in a high-volume recruitment environment.
- Diploma or degree in a related field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong commitment to teamwork and customer service.
- Team Building and Communication: ability to support the development of a healthy internal culture and facilitate coordination and communication between departments.
- Work Standards: sets and maintains high performance standards, paying close attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem Solving: analyzes problems, identifies cause and effect relationships, and comes up with appropriate solutions.
- Initiative: takes action to influence events, generates ideas for development, and suggests innovations.
- Presentation: effective in formal and informal presentation settings, including one-on-one, small, and large groups.
- In-person and virtual meetings are required.
- Physical requirements include standing, lifting, sitting for prolonged periods, and extensive use of a computer/electronic device.
- Ability to mentally focus and concentrate for prolonged periods.
- Ability to facilitate in-person sessions that require standing, sitting, walking, speaking, and directing participation of small to large groups.
- Work near others, sharing the same workspace and working with people from varying organizational levels, divisions, departments, and geographical locations.
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely with little to no supervision.
- No set schedule, may need to work or travel outside of regular work hours.
- Overtime can be controlled but may be required dependent on program needs.
