Bilingual Recruiter

GardaWorld is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for assisting with the full recruitment cycle, from screening to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Screening and Selection: Screen applications and select qualified candidates for various positions within GardaWorld.
- Interview Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Candidate Communication: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates on their application status and next steps.
- Recruitment Process Improvement: Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the recruitment experience.
- Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure that all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Education: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in a high-volume recruitment environment.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Work Environment: The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced recruitment environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a timely manner.
- Physical Demands: The role requires the ability to sit for prolonged periods, with frequent use of a computer and other office equipment.
