Key Responsibilities- Screening and Selection: Screen applications and select qualified candidates for various positions within GardaWorld.
- Interview Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Candidate Communication: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates on their application status and next steps.
- Recruitment Process Improvement: Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the recruitment experience.
- Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure that all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Education: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in a high-volume recruitment environment.
