- Interview Scheduling and Coordination: Schedules interviews and coordinates with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Interview Preparation and Execution: Prepares and conducts interviews with candidates, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and documented.
- Candidate Management: Manages candidate pipelines and ensures that all candidates are properly informed and updated throughout the recruitment process.
- Recruitment Process Improvement: Analyzes and improves the recruitment process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in a high-volume recruitment environment.
- Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Bilingual in English and French (or other languages as required).
- Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
- Initiative and Adaptability: Ability to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced recruitment environment with minimal supervision.
- Physical Demands: Ability to sit for prolonged periods, use a computer, and communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
