Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Kettle Drums. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Planning and Organization: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, prepare and submit reports, and establish work schedules.
- Culture and Diversity: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities, newcomers, and refugees, and Indigenous people.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent position
- 40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
