Position Overview

As a Client Support Specialist at T Sports Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of service our clients expect.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of College or CEGEP program
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
  • Equivalent experience: Considered
Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer complaints and address concerns promptly
  • Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information to clients
  • Clarify the types and costs of services available
  • Issue receipts and other necessary documentation
  • Gather and analyze relevant information to effectively manage client feedback and inquiries
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required
  • Promote and sell merchandise
Transportation Requirements
  • Must have personal transportation
  • Access to a personal vehicle is necessary
