Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and multilingual Technical Support Specialist to provide top-notch customer service to our clients in both English and French. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing technical advice, and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat in both English and French.
  • Resolve technical issues related to Windows and Mac devices, as well as SaaS products such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to clients to ensure that they are able to use our services effectively.
  • Document issues and resolutions in accordance with our service delivery guidelines.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.
Requirements
  • Fluency in both English and French (Preferred New Brunswick or Quebec French).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong technical background.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
