We are in search of motivated candidates who are driven by performance and possess the right qualities to excel in this vital role.
As a representative, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls for our clients. Your role will involve greeting callers professionally, gathering and documenting necessary information, and transferring calls or taking messages as required. Additionally, you will prioritize and relay critical messages to on-call staff, ensuring that urgent communications are handled promptly and efficiently. Please note that this position focuses solely on inbound customer support; we do not engage in telemarketing activities.
We offer Full-Time positions and are looking for friendly, detail-oriented individuals with a positive attitude. Our work involves handling calls for numerous Funeral Home accounts, so we seek candidates who demonstrate high levels of empathy and compassion.

Compensation: $18.50 per hour
Available Shifts:
- Full-Time
- Shift Hours: 6 PM - 6 AM
- Week 1: Mon, Tues, Sat, Sun
- Week 2: Wed, Thurs, Fri
- Training Duration: Two weeks, Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM
- Availability required for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather customer information by answering calls, interviewing callers, and verifying details.
- Document all necessary information accurately.
- Adhere to all required processes and procedures.
- Complete all mandatory Call Center training successfully.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English/Spanish), with a focus on spelling, grammar, and diction.
- Professional phone etiquette to convey customer care and concern.
- Effective active listening skills to gather client information and ask relevant questions.
- Proficient typing skills with accuracy and speed.
- Familiarity with PC/computer operations in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Minimum requirement: High School Diploma or GED, and must be at least 18 years old.
